The original production‑line equipment of a craft beer enterprise in Weifang, Shandong, suffers from aging and high energy consumption. The enterprise has decided to build a new plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons at a new site, with key performance indicators focusing on energy consumption per ton of beer and labor efficiency.
Scope of Delivery
Jingying provides a complete‑line solution covering raw material processing through filling, and supplies large‑scale fermenter clusters. 20 sets of 180‑ton fermenters and 40 sets of 130‑ton fermenters adopt staggered feeding to improve batch turnover efficiency.
Project Outcomes
After the plant goes into operation, energy‑consumption optimization brought by the large‑scale fermenter cluster has directly reduced unit production costs, delivering a replicable complete‑line solution for the company’s regional capacity expansion.
