System Overview

The process control system is the nerve center of the smart digital brewery. Jingying delivers plant-wide SCADA automation covering the mash tun, lauter tun, wort boiling system, whirlpool, fermentation cellar, water systems, buffer tanks and CIP - fusing information technology with traditional brewing craftsmanship and turning process knowledge into executable, traceable digital recipes.
