The client is a craft beer brand under Mixue Bingcheng, planning to build an independent craft brewery with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons to supply its offline retail stores. The equipment is required to support multi-variety small-batch production.
Jingying provides the full brewery turnkey project including: 30KL 4-vessel brewhouse, 30-120KL fermenters, 60KL bright beer tanks, yeast propagation system, automatic CIP cleaning station, PET keg filling lines × 2 sets, automatic control & electrical system, glycol system, water treatment system — covering engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training.
It took only several months from site installation to first brew, with the first batch passing quality inspection at first attempt. The 4-vessel brewhouse configuration supports multiple brews per day, reserving sufficient brewhouse capacity and workshop space for future production expansion by adding more fermenters.
