The raw material handling system is the first stage of the brewing process, covering malt conditioning, dry milling and wet milling solutions. Jingying steep conditioning units suit smaller plants while ensuring proper malt moisture uptake; dry mills deliver fast throughput with husks cracked but not shredded; wet milling reduces lauter tun load, raises extract yield and eliminates dust.
