Solution Overview

This solution serves industrial breweries from 10,000 to 200,000 tons per year, delivered as one package covering engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning. Built around 100-600HL brewhouse lines in single or redundant twin configurations, it combines volume tank farms, central CIP, high-speed packaging and plant-wide SCADA into a genuinely smart digital brewery.

Configuration

  • 100-600HL four- or five-vessel brewhouse lines with energy-saving low-pressure dynamic boiling;
  • 200-1000m3 fermenters and bright beer tanks supplied in volume, all pressure tested at twice working pressure;
  • Plant-wide planning of yeast management, malt intake and milling, and sanitary piping;
  • Central or multi-satellite CIP architecture keeping cleaning and production independent;
  • High-speed can, bottle and keg lines, with SCADA integration to group MES platforms.
