Solution Overview

Aimed at independent craft plants of 2,000 to 5,000 tons per year, this is the decisive step from contract brewing or in-house taproom production to a brand-owned factory. The package centers on a 30-50HL four-vessel brewhouse with grouped conical fermenters, yeast propagation, fully automatic CIP and compact packaging - a complete loop from raw material to finished beer.

  • 30-50HL four-vessel brewhouse supporting multiple daily brews and flexible multi-brand scheduling;
  • Fermenters grouped by beer portfolio, with space reserved for future additions;
  • Optional wet milling for higher yield and lower lautering load;
